Welcome to the ultimate celebration of gaming, cosplay, and pop culture! Gaming Habba brings the electric energy of street-level passion to the grand stage. As a volunteer, you are the heart of the event, helping us create an unforgettable experience for thousands of fans.

Volunteer Form

Briefing Day

  • Mandatory Briefing : 26th September 2025 at 06:00 PM in the venue.
  • ★ Learn your role & department
  • ★ Understand the event flow & rules
  • ★ Get your area assignment

Note : Missing the briefing means you cannot volunteer at the event. It is essential!

DURING THE EVENT

  • ★ Event Dates & Times: 27th and 28th September 2025 (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM).
  • ★ Important Note: The end time can go beyond 9:00 PM. Please plan your transportation accordingly.
  • ★ Perks: Lunch 🍔 & Dinner 🍩 will be provided.
  • ★ Goodies: Every volunteer gets a certificate 🏆

WHO CAN APPLY

  • ★ Must be 18+ years old (on or before 21st September 2025).
  • ★ Must be available for both event days + briefing day
  • ★ Love Gaming, Cosplay, Anime, Pop Culture, or Event Management? This is for you!

VOLUNTEER DO'S & DON'TS

Your HOD (Head of Department) is your guide and main point of contact.

DO'S

  • ✓ Stay in your spot – no swapping unless your HOD approves.
  • ✓ Be professional & focused – treat this like a live show ➢ and you're part of the crew.
  • ✓ Report problems, emergencies, or issues to your HOD immediately.
  • ✓ Help create an awesome experience for visitors!

DON'TS

  • ✗ No wandering off or "fan moments" (selfies/videos) with celebs, cosplayers, or influencers during duty.
  • ✗ No joining contests, games, or cosplay while on shift.
  • ✗ No disappearing without telling your HOD.
  • ✗ No trying to solve issues yourself – always report to your HOD!

Terms & Conditions

  1. Each pass admits one person only and is valid for single-day entry.
  2. Tickets once purchased are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.
  3. Physical passes/wristbands must be collected at the registration counter upon presenting the purchase receipt.
  4. Please arrive at least 20 minutes early for smooth entry and registration.
  5. Children aged 3 and under can enter for free. All attendees above age 3 require a valid ticket.
  6. Outside food and beverages are not allowed. Food will be available for purchase at the venue. Entry with liquids, alcohol, outside food, or any banned / controlled substances are strictly prohibited.
  7. Organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged passes/wristbands.
  8. Zero tolerance policy for harassment, misconduct, or inappropriate behavior.
  9. Security frisking and bag checks are mandatory at entry points.
  10. All attendees are expected to fully cooperate with the Event's security personnel to ensure the safety of everyone present.
  11. Organizers reserve the right to deny entry to any individual violating terms or causing disruption.
  12. Organizers are not liable for personal belongings lost or misplaced during the event.
  13. By purchasing a ticket/pass, attendees confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all Terms & Conditions.
  14. All attendees must follow health and safety instructions displayed or announced at the event.
  15. First aid will be available at the venue if required.
  16. Artist and guest appearances are subject to change without prior notice.
  17. If any clause in these Terms & Conditions is deemed unenforceable, the remaining clauses will still apply.
  18. By using the official website or ticketing platform, attendees consent to the collection and use of personal data as per applicable law.
  19. By entering the venue, attendees grant permission to the organizers to record, photograph, and livestream the event and to use such media for promotional purposes without additional consent or compensation.
  20. These Terms & Conditions include all official advisories, press notes, or codes of conduct issued by the organizers.
